Most orders are fulfilled within 5–7 business days, not including shipping time, but production time can vary. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. MOUNTS & HARDWARE
All mounts, flagpoles, and hardware are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
Note: If your order includes both apparel and hardware, your items may ship separately to avoid any delays. You’ll receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at chokeholdmarine@gmail.com with:

A $7 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Items must be returned in original condition, free from stains, wear, or pet hair. Items that don’t meet these standards will be returned to sender without refund.
MOUNTS & HARDWARE
All mounts, flagpoles, and hardware are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your hardware arrives with an issue, email us at support@chokeholdmarine.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage
If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
