Refund policy

Apparel

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at chokeholdmarine@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • If applicable, the size or item you'd like to exchange for

A $7 flat-rate shipping fee will be deducted from refunds. Items must be returned in original condition, free from stains, wear, or pet hair. Items that don’t meet these standards will be returned to sender without refund.

Mounts & Hardware

All mounts, flagpoles, and hardware are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your hardware arrives with an issue, email us at chokeholdmarine@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage

If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund.
